The Shade of Vampire by Bella Forrest

This was a great quick read. It had a great story line that had me hooked from the beginning. There wasn't that drag at the first of the book where you are just waiting for it to begin. It got started right from the first line and kept going through the whole book. Basically it is about this girl who is love-sick for her best friend who is this cocky jock type and as far as Sofia knows has never seen her as anything more then a friend. After a heartbreaking fight, Sofia runs off to be alone and is kidnapped! As the story develops you aren't sure if she crazy or not because she actually starts having feeling for her captor! I hope I haven't said too much! It was a great read and the story continues in A Shade of Vampire 2: A Shade of Blood.
